Works

The chaussée de Neerstalle / Neerstalsesteenweg is renewed. With this renewal, the goal is to transform the center of Forest / Vorst into an accessible neighborhood to every transport system and to give the priority to the active modes and to the public transport. Due to this project, the inhabitants and the users can reclaim the public area and the shopping area of the historical center of Forest / Vorst can be reinforced. Tram 82

Tram 82 is replaced by a T-bus between Forest Centre / Vorst Centrum and Drogenbos.

At Forest Centre / Vorst Centrum, the terminus and the boarding stops are at the usual stop direction Drogenbos.

The T-bus is diverted between the stops Forest Centre / Vorst Centrum and Bempt via rue des Abbesses / Abdissenstraat, boulevard de la 2e Armée Britannique / Britse Tweedelegerlaan and rue de la Soierie / Zijdeweverijstraat. The stops Saint-Denis / Sint-Denijs have moved to the boulevard de la 2e Armée Britannique / Britse Tweedelegerlaan, the stops Max Waller to the rue de la Soierie / Zijdeweverijstraat, the stops Bempt to the chaussée de Neerstalle / Neerstalsesteenweg.

Bus 50 does not serve the stop Neerstalle anymore.

Stop Saint-Denis / Sint-Denijs has moved to the boulevard de la 2e Armée Britannique / Britse Tweedelegerlaan, stop Neerstalle direction Stalle (P) has moved to the other side of the crossing with the chaussée de Ruisbroek / Ruisbroeksesteenweg. Direction Gare Centrale / Centraal Statiion, bus N12 serves a temporary stop in the chaussée de Neerstalle / Neerstalsesteenweg, next to number 350.

Stops Châtaignes / Kastanjes, Zaman-Forest National / Zaman-Vorst Nationaal, Monaco, and Bempt are not served.

S1 trains

Until the end of the works, trains on line S1 are accessible to the passengers holding a STIB-MIVB ticket between the stations Bruxelles-Midi / Brussel-Zuid, Forest-Est / Vorst-Oost and Uccle-Stalle / Ukkel-Stalle, as alternative to tram 82 and to bus 50. 

In order to benefit from this solution, you must have one of the following tickets: 

• STIB-MIVB season ticket
• 1 or 10 journey tickets on a MOBIB card, to validate at the SNCB-NMBS vending machines at the stations.

These tickets have to be presented at the ticket controller on the trains.
