Lost and found
Did you forget your umbrella, your bag of groceries or your child’s teddy bear in one of our vehicles? You have two options:
- Call our Customer Care: 070 23 2000 (€ 0,30/min.)
- Fill out our contact form
We will contact you as soon as we find your precious item.
Where can I retrieve my item?
Our lost property office is located in the metro station Botanique/Kruidtuin (metro 2-6). Business hours:
- On Monday from noon to 6.00 pm
- On Wednesday from noon to 6.00 pm
How can I retrieve my item?
Go to the lost property office with your identity document. You will receive your item upon payment of the administrative fee of € 5.00.
We accept:
- Payment by card, preferably contactless
- Cash, preferably the exact sum
We will ask you to sign a receipt and make a copy of your identity document.
I lost my personal MOBIB card. What should I do?
We advise you to go straight to a BOOTIK. Our staff will issue a duplicate upon payment of € 10. Our lost property office does not return MOBIB cards to their former owners.

Personal data and purchase history
If you have any questions or you wish to exercise your rights on your personal data, do not hesitate to contact the Data Protection Officer via the provided form.
This form will allow you to request, among other things:
- to receive a copy of the personal data that STIB-MIVB holds about you
- to object to some of the processing carried out on your personal data
- to erase the personal data that STIB-MIVB holds about you within the limits of the legal bases
- to obtain your purchase history of more than one year

Written requests must be signed and accompanied by a copy of the front of your identity card as well as your MOBIB card if you have one. The request must state the address to which the reply should be sent.
Our response time:
In case of requests for access, correction, deletion and opposition, we will answer you within 30 calendar days, in accordance with the law.
Try to be as accurate as possible about the data your request concerns (data as a candidate, purchase or validation data or all your data) so that we can best respond to your request.
