Works
Metro station Gare Centrale / Centraal Station is being completely renewed. A brand new, more spacious, more modern, brighter and more accessible station will receive the travelers at the end of the works. More info under this link
This renovation has an above-ground impact as well. As of Sunday, April 7th, rue du Cardinal Mercier / Kardinaal Mercierstraat becomes a dead end street, and the crossing next to the station will be smaller. Due to this new situation, different bus stops are relocated.
Bus 29
- Direction Hof ten Berg, at the stop of bus 71 to Delta
- Direction De Brouckère, only the first stop is served (rue des Colonies / Koloniënstraat), not the second stop (next to the train station).
Bus 38
- Direction Héros / Helden, at the stop of bus 52 direction Forest / Vorst (Bervoets), at the other side of the bicycle parking
- Direction Gare Centrale / Centraal Station, in the rue Ravensteinstraat, a little after cultural center Bozar.
Bus 52
- Direction Forest / Vorst (Bervoets), at the usual stop
- Direction Gare Centrale / Centraal Station, in the Mont des Arts / Kunstberg, after the crossing with place de l’Albertine / Albertinaplein
Bus 63 65
- Direction Cimetière de Bruxelles / Begraafplaats van Brussel and Machelen, at the stop of bus 71 to Delta
- Direction Gare Centrale / Centraal Station, at the usual stop
Bus 66
Buses serve their usual stops in both directions.
Bus 71
- Direction Delta, at the usual stop
- Direction De Brouckère, in the rue Ravensteinstraat, a little after cultural center Bozar.
Noctis buses
Noctis buses serve the following termporary terminuses:
- Bus N04, N05, N06: rue des Colonies / Koloniënstraat (arrival stop of bus N04 and N05)
- Bus N10, N12: boulevard de l’Impératrice / Keizerinlaan, access car park Grand-Place / Grote Markt
- Bus N16: rue Cardinal Mercier / Kardinaal Mercierstraat, after the crossing with boulevard de l’Impératrice / Keizerinlaan
- Bus N18: rue Ravensteinstraat, after the cultural center Bozar
Buses N08, N09, N11 and N13 serve their usual stops in the Putterie / Putterij
