What’s Floya?
Launched by STIB-MIVB, Floya is revolutionising mobility in Brussels. This all-in-one app allows you to plan, book, and pay for various modes of transport.
By creating a single account, you gain access to STIB-MIVB, De Lijn, TEC, and SNCB-NMBS public transport operators, the Taxis Verts service, Dott and (new!) Bolt bikes and kick scooters, and Poppy shared cars.
The app even offers combined routes, opening up a world of possibilities!
If you have a Villo! or Cambio subscription, you’ll also find the nearest stations and complete your booking with a direct link to the native app.
For whom?
Whether you travel regularly or occasionally in Brussels, whether you use your own means of transport or (also) the extensive range of public and private transport services available in Brussels, Floya is made for you!
How does it work?
Floya ingeniously complements the STIB-MIVB app by offering you the flexibility to combine (or not) different mobility options based on your mood or daily challenges:
- Meeting in the city centre? Avoid parking hassles by opting for the metro.
- Leonard junction under construction? Simplify your journey by taking the train.
- Sunny outside? Unlock a kick scooter to enjoy the weather.
- Tram lanes blocked? Bypass traffic by renting a bike.
- Had one too many at the party? Get home safely by taxi.
- Missed the last Noctis? Return in a shared car.
No need to download 10 apps to access a whole range of options: unlock them all with a single account for easy travelling.
What’s coming next?
As mobility constantly evolves in Brussels, so does Floya. Many features are being developed to offer you even more options.
